Most of the time you'll get your hp from lifesteal/spellvamp combi. Your phrasing with the part about Hextech Gunblade makes it sound as if it isn't made from Blightwater Cutlass"

Posted a Comment: "Great guide! However, I think that Fortify is a should have on Sorakas (I seriously take no escaping/chasing spells on my Soraka, meaning I'm always doomed until backup comes). Personally, I don't find it worthy maxing Astral Blessing at level 9, I'm always in dire need of mana especially if I heal"
