"You can still get:
RED
Attack Speed - Jungling heaven
Mpen - most usefull red runes for ANY caster tbh.
Yellow
Dodge for some carries that use 21/9/0 mastery setups or tanks based on physical resistance.
AP per lvl - for high AP ratio (above 80%) champions
Blue
Magic resist - for tanks

"All you realy need is lvl 10 for jungling. (Warwick or Fiddle are good for starters)
You need 4/4 Awareness Mastery and 2/2 Utility mastery to jungle efficiently."

"TBH any assasin that can jungle will do the work.
Shaco, Eve, Warwick, Nocturne, Nunu, Olaf, Udyr would be my choices.
Twitch is also viable. And so-so Fiddle (but from lvl 6)
Also i find Karthus very viable ganker from mid in 2 ways, He is a dps, has huge slow, good AoE damage, and also you "

You dont need to start with AS, but it speeds up your jungling ALOT.
I must agree that Wuju is way better than AS on killing stuff other than creeps in jungle... if you think this way... just go on a lane! Yi is very good at laning even solomiding :)"
