Posted a Comment: Mar 21st, 2011 "Noc shield is fairly crappy due to delay on it happening. You often get a shield AFTER getting a hit by a spell. Best shield is morgana if you are skilled with her no matter what. The only "shield" that is better is Kylie ultimate."

No... so far his skills are fairly cheap so you dont have mana problems unless you spam your shield like a madman. Many Noc's are jungling so you should have blue buff quite frequently. I dont. Posted a Comment: Mar 21st, 2011 "Ezreal is considered a great champion even on high elo. He has a good mix of AD and AP. You will never get locked by thornmails and so on. He can be build 2 ways so you can pick him and decide what team demands are atm. Pretty strong laner with short cd's and quite good escape mechanism. Great bu"

So it isnt possible anymore, but if you want to go for HP+Armor it is still possible. Just the AoE fire damage isnt. And thank god it isnt... tanks are doing too much damage anyway."
