"Yes. Everything (as far as i know) was done exclusivly by them. No 3rd party stuff here. That makes them able to do anything they want and optimalize it.
That is why the forums took some time before they apear on the site."

Well i like PD there for crit and MS as well as AS. It is a perfect item imho in that place. And ppl at that point will survive those spin2win so you ahve to do something more.

This build is not made for SUPERB competitive play. It is made for ROTFLSTOMPING. For IP Farming. You can easily get fed and just end up games in 20min mark where you still are "
