I think it is a game issue. Not sure if there is any other option than restarti"

It is possible to go since he scales with AP on his Q you can add DFG, Lichbane and say that meditate does this and that on AP build, well so is AP trynde and so on so on. He usualy gets ignite which somehow fucks you up pretty badly. Dont focus harrasing him and rush Sorc Boots for penetration. THAN you can try to poke h"

I also like clarity to free up the 1st item spot. Usualy ppl get Frozen Heart or Raudin's While Rau is ok for maplh it still limits you on mana HEA"
