There is not much you can do early game as tryn. Just farm and lasthit. Only storm in when you have ultimate. His early game is not the best unfortunatly.

With ArP from runes and fast Stark you dont need to go for TBC as 1st item. And that is hard to get due to BF sword. Also the very lategame IE isnt something that i would love to use. I depend on those crits qute alot.
