"Rammus really likes armor thats why I build mostly armor, I see him as situational pick, but if you are running into AP heavy team Locket of the Iron Solari and Mercury's Treads should be enough. If you want to play aggresive you can just take Liandry's Torment is always much better "

"Rod of Ages could be built, and is core on solo lane Swain, but I don't like it on bot. Just because lane has much faster pace and it's really annoying to wait it's stacking. "
