"Why put Teemo in bottom lane? You have an AD mid and AD jungle/top (with a tanky top/jungle). Meaning you need some sort of AP damage, and he'll naturally counter Taric. Combined with Nidalee, since she can make up for his lack of range, and yes, you can put Teemo in bottom lane.
