Lucky you, she's one of the champions I want to own... I don't think that she'll stay in your Tier B soon, the champion is not easy to handle, and she has been released recently, so, I'm pretty sure you'll get her to Tier A in no time :>"

Anyways your list makes sense... And I'm sure you can move Sona up to B+, A or even S-, just know who is the enemy support and your pick of Sona can really get you an S

But what's really strange is I see her in A+ tier here because, Caitlyn is harder to handle than Miss Fortune, so she definitely should be in one of your S tiers...
