"Gold seals and quints are pretty bad even on Bankplank, 9/0/21 masteries is the way to go to him, Teleport is the preferred option of Ignite, and Trinity Force is not core; just Sheen itself. You can go into either that or Iceborn Gauntlet if you need the kiting power and defense.
