"The damage dealt numbers in match history include damage dealt to non-champion units. Again, I highly doubt Nocturne would do 6800 magic damage in total with a long cooldown single-target spell."

"Didn't notice the magic damage part. Hmm. I highly doubt Nocturne could do that much magic damage with just his single-target spell. Maybe Skarner, Darius, or Garen? I've seen a few people run those builds on each of those champions while jungling, to varying levels of effectiveness."
