For items, Sapphire Crystal start is never good on anybody. Black Cleaver shouldn't even get a mention, and should be replaced with Last Whisper. Trinity Force is better than Iceborn"

You don't need AP for it to be effective early. Hell, just a Spirit Visage can be enough to make it effective later on. With Iceborn Gauntlet and Spirit Vis"
