Corki could be okay I spose, but when the Tanky DPS/Bruiser tanky guy dives you for 4 minutes because he's not squishy and a jungle like Shaco rapes ya, you've got problems on Corki :P"

And it's pretty good for AD caster types, and Corki is that.
I personally do use it on Corki, I am a skill spammer x__x"
