"Jarvan was really strong, but now he's either balanced or potentially even slightly underwhelming.
For a champion with no sustain skills, he becomes difficult to place on a team.
He could win solo top lanes by just being a beast before but his beast mode lane power has been toned down since."

Probly Swain in that case cause he can clear waves with Nevermove and heal off Caitlyn's poke with bird form.
You'd have to take teleport to survive a solo lane like that though. "

"You can't rush it, that's for suuure.
It would have to be a warmogg's after brutalizer or something to at least have some damage while you're stacking it up.
I haven't played him yet but if I can make the atmogg's work I'll let you guys know how I did it later. "

I think that Gunblade still may be better than WotA. The physical damage and life steal isn't wasted on Akali yew know :3"
