"Well annie doesn't need much mana doesn't she O.o. If her disintegrate used right, she isn't mana hungry though, but I am not as high elo as you so I don't really understand why frozen heart on annie xDDDD. But IMO, I think annie doesn't need much mana items and she should focus "

But why do you buy frozen heart for annie? Well she isn't that mana hungry though if you need to armor you could use some armor seals and/or buy a zhonya's hourglass. Maybe you could remove lich bane and frozen heart from your late game items? annie is a bur"
