volibear has an execute on his frenzy. It doesn't get much more bursty than that. Also, as pointed out here, vi, zac, gragas are good suggestions.

"I'd also like to add that you can use the "difficulty" meter to know which champions are easier to pick up. That bar represents the win rate for new players on each champion, so it's a good parameter if you're trying to decide between a list of champions."
