"I liked jokersprank idea of having recommended chapters in two groups. One group of "main/general chapters" and other of "in-depth/additional chapters". It probably means more work than just updating the list of chapters, but IMO it would be more useful."

Nobody knows. It's a complex champion so it'll take some time to see if he's OP or not. Some champions get hard buffs/nerfs as soon as they hit pbe and then you can predict that they'll be OP or...
