"It does proc tear. It's a really suboptimal way to proc it though. Champions that actually abuse tear can spam a useful ability to get some advantage on top of the tear proc.

You can't count on carrying as a support. At least not in the traditional sense. Your winning condition is preventing damage to the champions that carry, amplifying their own damage or locking down...

"I have played hecarim and felt that way through the whole game, it may have been me sucking at the champion but I think that's how the champion feels when underperforming. hecarim is a high-risk champion that can't do much if he's behind, kinda like vi.
