Champions that actually abuse tear can spam a useful ability to get some advantage on top of the tear proc. Spamming [[anivia]]'s ult or Aurelion's W would drain too much mana for the use it would have outside of getting charges. [[anivia]] builds tear for the late game powerspike and the shield, not because she can abuse the charge system. Aurelion doesn't seem to need that late game powerspike, so I'm betting he won't use tear.[/quote]
