I believe Ive seen LCS players go for BotRK right after SLE.
But to answer your question, I would actually say no. Mana isn't an issue on her, she already has a very potent attack speed and...

First of all, I am enjoying azir as of right now. He is very different, and farming with him in the early game is bit of a challenge because his regular auto attacks deal SO. LITTLE. DAMAGE!...
