His kit was barely changed and that was why no one really played him jungle
0 cc no instant gap close and crap scaling = not so good. ofc u can play him if u want he def works ok just like any...

old west coast server = west coast good ping but those far away horrendous ping
new Central server = reaches more of US, most of US is below 80 ping.
overall it's better for the US and even those in eu

I remember reading that the Lunar New Year Riven ski had some issues with animation cancelling, but I don't recall anything about Battle Bunny vs Classic.
Not sure about Arcade Riven.
