It's not a thing. He's not ranged and doesn't have consistent damage output. He's played mid and top where he builds damage and crit to complement his skillset with a lot of mobility and damage.

Don't mean to sound offensive, but win rates at silver don't mean much. You could play AD Janna and have an 100% win rate - that doesn't mean AD Janna is OP
