ping or settings dont stop you from cancelling animations
for cancelling animations you need to q --> click terrain to cancel latter half of animation of q --> aa --> 2nd q to cancel...

just run ad armor cd/lvl ad and 21/9/0 masteries

Simply said she just doesn't do well against any dash or initiate, and given how the current meta involves tanky initiates and how the team with a vayne top will be extremely lacking in teamfight...
