Depends on what you wanna learn how to do.
I'd suggest annie. Fits the meta, helps you transition from mid to sup easily, and fits standard support roles as well.

She has insanely low cooldowns and can disengage + reengage in an instant with the reset on her R.
She's extremely mobile with her W.
She has a lot of burst early on with her combo
