The only alleviation I ever get for being behind is 1 Doran's Blade. Vamp costs too much now and isn't a good option. With the money for vamp you can get a pickaxe for just 75 more.

This addresses one huge problem I've been seeing in NA (so far from silver to gold).
People care too much about KDA or dying to actually focus on the big picture.
A better way of thinking should be - "how should I win this teamfight?" "If I bait the two enemies"
