liandry + ult is great poke and with rylai you get decent
i heard it was played once or twice in kr
not the best but definitely in a better spot than heimer and other niche champs

"The main thing with items late game is that you need them to either have upgradable components so they're more expensive and give more stats. Spellblade gives tenacity, which is good late game, but has negligible stats and is super cheap so there's not really a point in buying it lol
