Ezreal probably fits your descriptions.
He's very mobile, can duel, and has great early presence.
Riven is very strong too when snowballing.
MF has no escapes but is a strong laner and...

What's the purpose of a ranked climb thread?
The prime reason is to analyze your games after you play them so you can learn from mistakes.
Of course, some other people do them for the future...
