"Well I think he can because he punishes enemy misplays in lane quite well. (QWR)
Later on he also becomes really tanky and also does quite a decent amount of damage as well. His CC disrupts also cause the enemy team to panic."

"Renekton definitely isn't weak.
He's one of the best if not the best lane bullies at top lane.
He has insane mobility + sustain + hard CC + damage in lane.
There's a reason why everyone agrees that most champs cannot handle him well at top lane.
