Yorick

My masteries are 9-21-0 (going into the 10% ar pen masteries in offense and all the damage decrease and bonus hp in defense) Rune page I've used so far is : ar pen, ar, mr , as. (cause thats my jungling rune page and I picked the wrong rune page when I went top) I haven't yet tried : flat ad, ar, mr, flat ad.[/quote]

You don't have any killing potential with Yorick but you can just harass the enemy out of lane. Focus on defense and utility. 0/21/9 0/15/15 Try to aim for the 2 reduced damage on the leftmost of the defense tree + the 70% MS boost on the defense tree. Those are generally best.
