CDR is not a "focused stat" taht you aim to buy. CDR is a key stat, but builds have to factor in damage through mana and survivabilit"

"no one really gets it anymore because the armor items all have their purposes (sunfire for splitpushing + damage in engages, randuins for carry shutdown, GA for revive, etc), whereas atma's has crit, which bruisers dont use, and added AD, which hardly makes a difference.
No reason to buy it. "

The most common ezreal build now is just to skip lizard and go straight for gauntlet + manamune.
