and a support isnt oriented around simply warding.
A better support balances between warding and itemization. There are many circumstances where ward spamming will lead to useless vision. A good support will know the risks "

"oracle's is a 400g investment and you cannot afford it every single time you need to clear wards
also having an oracles doesnt mean you can clear every ward. only when you're ahead you can use oracles efficiently to clear vision when enemies are preoccupied.
