It has been seen in a play a few times in S2 by Scarra, where he ran it on Zilean to snowball off of levels against the enemy. However currently it's way too abstract to run as it's easily posed...

"Yeah. BOTRK helped Jax a lot. His main problem is being able to farm up as he generally has a bit of issues early on. He has seen competitive play though.
