Most times you can do baron as a team with average levels of 11~12 but you'll end up really low
Best time to do it is level 14~16 because you'll come out with relatively high health.

Benefits: early damage
You don't gain anything from an elixir at all. You're not dueling with the enemy. Junglers need to gapclose they don't need to get damage.
