Press and hold space a lot.
Then limit the amount of times you press it and eventually you'll get used to it.

Frozen Heart zones the ADC.
Thornmail pulls the ADC's focus away from you.
Both are good items if you want to 1v1 the enemy carry but honestly when will you ever be able to 1v1 the enemy adc -_-
Both are good though. Thornmail is good as a later purchase "
