Frozen heart is the anti-carry item because it zones off enemies peeling for the ADC and also leaves the adc cc'd
thornmail makes adcs have much less of a focus. doesn't stop bruisers from peeling you or the adcs from attacking you tho"

No it wouldn't work primarily because it doesn't fit in the current metagame. Hybrid kog has no escapes, mediocre damage, and low mobility. The only pros to hybrid kog would be the hybrid damage...

Er... bruiser items function like that. Though they are stronger this patch, they still function as bruiser items. The main problem is the health issue, not really because of overall tank items....
