"He isn't seeing play at top because of the same reason why his jungle isn't played.
He can't get into fights. He's easily kited. That's something you never want as a top laner. "

Nasus has no gap closers
Doesn't matter if he has a good clear time or has good ganks
He has no proper initiate which is what most junglers need to have.
Nasus just gets kited all day and that's why he's not as good as other junglers. Same reason why Udyr fell out of play.
