This is pretty much my standard setup atm. I tend to either get dfg first or immediately after deathcap though.

Ghostblade is a bad item
Spirit Visage works but it's situational as it's a really cheap item that gives low stats
Those hinder your build a lot.

For ADC's people prefer arpen marks but they need the early game lane control so they go 3 ad marks
junglers go 6 arpen 3 ad to deal true dmg to creeps

That's the thing.
Blue pot + Randuin's is the optimal CDR you can get without ruining the viability of a build.
Brutalizer works as well early on and it's already listed in my items section.
