"The issue is more of their priorities.
You simply cannot reach the same level as others by constantly switching roles.
The biggest problem CLG had with hotshot was that he could only play Nid Cho Galio at a competent level.
They need stability, not change.

"He's kinda suboptimal. Others do what he does much better.
eg:
Linear skillshot champ w/ hard cc = Ahri
Aoe focus = Brand / Ori
Takes too much skill and gives much less deeps than others.
Ofc he isn't bad. He's just relatively weaker atm.
