Warmog's rush is horrible on ANY champion.
You have absolutely no presence in your build until mid-late game and late game which will not even be hit with that kind of a horrid early game.
Runes are ridiculous. Further ruining your bad early game.

"Jhoi the reason ppl get flat mr over other stuff is because they need the safe early game in lane. Mr/lvl is for dealing with casters mid game which ADCs have more problems with.
