You need survivability in there. best one would be GA. BT --> GA--> LW is probably the best way to build him.

@Jungle Renek: It all seems good in theory but once you come out he feels extremely weak. His ganks are meh counterjungling meh.
Renek is good as a lane bully anyways so putting him in top would be better.
