Leave tear as it is + get glacial / other tanky item then get manamune
or you go
Manamune + glacial + trinity force
something like that
And warmog's is typically not a good item to get currently. With items "

If you're doing okay get aura items (aegis / froheart, etc)

I'd advise against solely picking a champ for counterpicking. It's more worth it to pick a champ that does meh against him and gives more in teamfights then to have a champ that beats him but provides way less in teamfights.

Gragas is much better built as a burst AP (Double dorans dfg abyssal) hence the item nerf and his own nerf.
Junglers never EVER build RoA it's a horrible idea. Junglers need cheap items that build well.
