"+1 The formatting looks awesome, and most of the stuff is viable.
Just a few problems that should be fixed
Buildwise:
1) Runes: Never get HP marks they are horrible :c The reasoning you put against AS marks applies even more for HP marks as flat hp is for early game.
I'd say swap em for ArP"

1) I'm not going to add Exhaust and Teleport, becuase to be honest I never use those spells. I honestly find Ignite Flash and Heal to be the only ones I would ever look to use.
