Only two I can think of that work with it are Kennen and Morde.
Kennen cuz Kennen doesn't need the early damage.
Morde cuz it solves his spam problem early game."

"You gotta counterpick.
If it's not draft, then pick champs who can pressure, push lanes well, and do good in engagements.
I can give you some tips on some champs I know about 1v1s.
Cass has insanely strong level one and two engagements. You will want to be pushing and harassing like mad early"

AD/LvL Runes
Ad/lvl runes seem interesting.
Could someone explain why people don't use them?
I've never done the math myself.
