"Yeah they are good mid and early, but the problem lies in late game, where these items fall off with stats. I'd say something along Duff's lines of building them into something more. That would be a LOT better.
But then again no overbuffed stats lol. Ranged AD carry with tenacity - that's nasty"

"Eleisa's and Boots of Swiftness is less efficient than MS quints + Merc Treads + another item. Eleisa's has too little stats to be good late game."
