"For jungle skarner don't even follow Phreak's stuff. He epicly misleads everyone.
Just go with Arpen Marks / Attack speed marks, armor seals, CDR / Mag res per level glyphs, and Flat AP quints. Seriously anything's better than flat AD marks.
