"This build doesn't have the required stats for noc to be viable. If you want Noc as a tankier anticarry, at least get a Youmuu's. If you don't even bother to get this, you have no damage output, and you're a horrible tank."

"Viable. It's pretty much how I build Leona. I would like to point out that maxing W gives the most resists ( 70 Armor and MR ), so maybe you'll want to build more DPS-wise or CDR-wise.
