I assume teemo and kayle are both able to disengage her and resume harassing. Also, from what I've seen, singed can toy with her a nice deal.

Depends what teemo builds, but in general the tactic is the same as with other ranged harassers top: use brushes to farmjump or to harass him, disengage through brushes after using your burst. If...
