Depends what teemo builds, but in general the tactic is the same as with other ranged harassers top: use brushes to farmjump or to harass him, disengage through brushes after using your burst. If...

Thanks a lot for your comment and feedback! As you noted, some info gets a tad outdated, it's hard re-reading all whenever I update. I'm gonna change some of the things you mentioned (like the cc thing, I used to play only vs damage cc'ers on TT, so I really thought it blocked all CC).
