Force Comments to vote or not?
I am going to post a guide on mobafire soon, (it's already on solomid, just have to get it coded for mobafire) and I was wondering if what you guys think it better. Should I force people to comment...

I really don't see your point with eve. Zed's E has 290 range, and Eve's Q has 500. If you are talking about eve's E, then no, she cannot get into range to use it without using either her ultimate to slow, or her W to get close.

2. Most mid laners aren't the mobile. If they have a leap/flash move, you won't be able to E harass either.

"E doesn't give more wave clear. Q does the job just as well. Even better if you use your W with it. Maxing E does give a higher slow, but I don't think will help as much as higher burst on a gank.
The slow is only 1.5 seconds long, anyway. "
