"Olaf was NOT phased out by better picked. Pretty much all of the season three changes benefited him, and he was a guaranteed pick or ban in pro play.
Hey might be overnerfed, but I doubt it. Any champion that gets nerfed is going to heavily fall in win rate, because people will try to do things "

1. If you are against an AD or and AP
2. Who you are playing. Some champions have horrible base HP and desperately need more. Some also really need mana regen seals. "

Basically, we had all three outer turrets and we had just gotten dragon. Everyone was cocky and just constantly got caught. I was begging my team to group, but no one would. By the time we did, we lost a teamfight, then we were so demoralized that the game was over. "
